Staging, Photography/Presentation, & Marketing

 When we list your home for sale, we don't just take a quick look, put a sign on the property and walk away and wait. We'll spend a significant amount of time with you and looking at and analyzing your home or property. Then we photograph, put together ads and flyers and get the information out to other REALTORS® and the public.

Getting Started: Staging

We want your property to sell and sell quickly, and we want it to look absolutely the best it can, so we may help you "stage" your house, giving you suggestions about what we've found in our experience works. If the rooms are filled with furniture, we may suggest you put some unnecessary items in storage. If you're a real family person and your walls are covered with photographs, we may suggest you put some of them away, so potential buyers can visualize putting their own family pictures out in their new home. We may also make suggestions about repairs or "touch ups" that could make a real difference in how quickly or easily your house may sell and the price it may bring. You don't have to act on all our suggestions, but we look at a lot of houses and have experience in what helps a house show well.

Photography & Presentation:

Pictures of your property are of extremely vital importance! Sometimes we are appalled by the terrible pictures we see in the Multiple Listing Service or on the internet. A picture of a bedroom wall or a blurry photo of your living room isn't going to help sell your home, but a well-executed, crisp and attractive photograph will attract buyers and other real estate brokers to take a closer look at your house or land.

Both of us are visual artists married for many years to other visual artists. Blake has a degree in art with a major in photography and a minor in graphic design. We make sure photographs of your property and all advertising material will be the very best they can be. We will utilize any opportunity to show a picture of your property. After all, "a picture is worth a thousand words."

Marketing: Getting it out there!

We'll use as many photographs as we are allowed to use to feature your property in the Multiple Listing Service, in great ads in our local publications, Desert Exposure and the local The Real Estate Book, and in Featured Listings on Realtor.com , on our website, movealready.com, and in addition, we'll MAXIMIZE your online exposure and list your home on over 30 websites--including Craigslist and Trulia.
